We had another good day at Balingup Small Farm Field Day. The day was fine and many thousands of visitors turned up again to enjoy the event.
Here's Susan at this year's stand.
On Saturday 30th.
August 2008 we will combine with Wellington White Dorper Stud to
hold a production sale of Dorper and White Dorper ewes and rams.
This will be at Bridgetown Show Grounds sheep pen facilities.
A catalogue of the sheep to be auctioned will be available; so if
you'd like a copy contact us and we'll send you one.
Wagin
Woolorama is the foremost regional sheep show in Western
Australia.
At the 2005 event we enjoyed considerable success with 6 first
places, plus Champion Ewe, Champion Ram and Grand Champion
Dorper.

This ram won Reserve Champion Dorper Ram at Wagin Woolorama 2007 (Pitty he didn't stand too well for the photo).

The Judge, Bruce Buswell of Matilda Downs White Suffolk Stud,
said "he has an extraordinary hindquarter. The muscling is
amazing, it's almost like he has a B muscle; he has muscle and
then an extension of it again".
"He has exceptional muscling, quite extraordinary," he
said.
